About

Kenneth is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. He graduated from the massage therapy program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and is to start his journey to becoming an Osteopath starting Fall of 2024.

His approach to massage is positively client-centered. He strives to create a safe, collaborative treatment space in which each session is tailored to help you bring you closer to your health goals into a fundamentally restorative experience. He works with patients of many different backgrounds with concerns such as acute and chronic pain, psychosomatic disorders, low back pain, postural imbalances, pre/post-natal, nervous system regulation, sleep issues and headaches/migraines. Kenneth believes that massage can play an integral role in one’s holistic health.

Outside of the treatment room, Kenneth loves to move; ideally out in nature. Skiing, paddleboarding, swimming, running, yoga and forest baths with his westie Mika. To balance the physicality, he endeavors to strengthen his connection with intentional rest on a daily basis; whether it be meditation, restorative/yin yoga, breathwork, sauna/steam room, and getting treatments (his favorites are acupuncture, osteopathy, and massage).
